A group of creative friends wanted to share a space with the benefits of cooperative studio workspaces, while at the same time making space for their private lives. Using shipping containers as the base material, this sustainable project features renewable energies, regenerative landscaping, and living roof gardens. A separate structure across the creek provides a getaway for a reading library, yoga studio and woodshop.
